ZONE is a new concept of furnished offices focusing on comfort and efficiency in work. We offer rental of private offices or coworking spaces in the business center building with a wide range of touch services downtown. The location is easily accessible by public transport or car, with plenty of parking spaces available. “For most companies, flexible work has become the standard. Choose the zone you need
We have divided the office spaces in ZONE into several zones for functionality.
The zone of private offices offers an ample number of individual office spaces ranging from three-person offices to team offices for 12 people. You’ll find both standard and premium offices with their own meeting space.
The coworking zone provides stable workspaces, called fix desks, mainly for professionals and freelancers, anyone who needs a temporary workspace. The coworking space also includes hot desks, flexible workspaces in a shared communal area.
In the meeting zone, you’ll find several spaces accommodating 4 to 12 people.
The social zone includes a fully equipped shared kitchen, a community kitchen, and relaxation areas like the business lounge. There is also a copy point with a printer and shredder.
ZONE clients have access to a community manager who handles the daily operations in the ZONE office spaces. If you need to make a call or concentrate for a while, we have enclosed focus rooms for you. You can also rent a professional podcast studio at ZONEcast in ZONE.
We are available 24/7
Everyone working with us has access to our ZONE application. Through it, you can reserve coworking spaces or meeting rooms, communicate online with the community manager, and report your requests or complaints anytime.
Right at the entrance, each person is greeted personally by a virtual reception in the form of a communication panel, which also serves as navigation for visitors. Clients will find important contacts here, as well as information about events in ZONE and in the BBC5 business center. A virtual electronic card on your mobile phone is used to enter ZONE. Our spaces are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In ZONE, you’ll find the perfect balance between privacy for work and the opportunity to draw inspiration through social contacts. These naturally arise over a morning cup of quality coffee with a light snack. We also support community building through organizing joint events.
